disenchanted

I'm disenchanted with Madison's recycling program. We're all big and out there for promoting recycling, our website makes it seem like everything will be sent to its rightful end.

Well, went there the other day to recycle the church's old appliances, and was told everything could go in the trash, because it's all plastic and metal together and not worth the time to take apart and recycle.

Great, just great. So they went in the trash any ways...I lost my desire to recycle right there. But I should have taken it home, taken them apart for recycling. Oh well...
