So far these sound good:
blindfolded feeding (both the feeder and eater are blindfolded, third person directs feeder to move spoon
another blindfolded game (I'm not sure why I always find/think of blindfolds), drawing a bottle on a photo of a baby, with nipple in correct position (or some version of pin the bottle on the baby)
freezing a baby item in a cup of water, see who can get it out fastest
having everyone take a moment to write something for the baby/parents on a heart (for valentine's day), then we can string them together
pacifier pass, passing the pacifier (with a handle) around the room with straws in people's mouths
there are so many fun ideas online :)
